A specialty bar and restaurant operator is expanding in South Jersey after acquiring a liquor license in Evesham Township, brokers with Vantage Real Estate Services announced.
The brokerage and advisory firm said it represented Marlton Tavern, located at 65 Main St. in the town’s Marlton section, in the license transfer to the owners of Cinder Bar. The latter is opening a new location in the township, building on the success of existing sites in Gloucester County.
Vantage RES Senior Adviser Corinne Giletto and Director of Investment Sales Alan Sussman brokered the transaction.
“Liquor licenses in Evesham Township are extremely hard to ascertain in any economic condition,” Giletto said. “The value of this transaction in this local market is unparalleled to any other area in Burlington County. Vantage RES has many other opportunities on the horizon for future restaurateurs. We are extremely privileged to have worked with such sophisticated restaurant operators.”
Cinder Bar, which has locations in Clarksboro and the Williamstown section of Monroe Township, offers 200 whiskey, ryes and bourbons, along with 70 craft cocktails and 70 craft beers, according to a news release. Its food concept is centered on shared plates and wood-fired specialties, including pizza and calzones.
