Community Builders, a new employee-owned construction firm based in Morristown, has hired Niko Spasov as a construction manager and partner.
According to the organization, the new addition is another step toward a platform that is focused on creating more cohesive communities through its projects. Spasov is a Morris Plains resident, Community Builders noted, meaning he understands the significance of actively contributing to the community that he engages seven days a week.
“What drew me to Community Builders was their culture and vision,” Spasov said. “Moreover, their structure as an (employee stock ownership plan) speaks volumes about the dedication to teammates and drive to deliver exceptional results for clients, designers and industry partners.”
The new hire comes as the company is marking its launch with a pro-bono construction management contest, in which it will donate its services to a Morris County nonprofit space in need of renovation.
“We are building for the test of time,” said Conor Evans, Community Builders’ managing partner and founder. “We are focused on working with the right people, the right way — those who value and uphold our same values of forthrightness, authenticity, conviction, momentum and efficiency and excellence. Niko embodies these values, and it’s truly an honor to welcome him as part of our team.”
