A new sports training facility has leased 20,240 square feet at a Cherry Hill retail property, Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced.
In a news release, the brokerage said it represented SPK Performance LLC in the transaction at Marlton Plaza, which is located at 2005 Marlton Pike East. Chris Henderson, senior associate for WCRE, handled the assignment.
SPK Performance is a full-service sports performance center that uses educated coaches for multiple training regimens, the news release said. This training facility is designed to meet the needs of professional, elite, college and youth athletes.
The new space includes high-quality training equipment and an open layout with multiple training surfaces, the news release said. Marlton Plaza sits along the Route 70 corridor and is just a mile west of the Route 70 and 73 interchange.
