JLL has added two directors to its Morristown-based investments sales team after a pair of recent promotions.
Josh Stein, who has been involved in more than $1.3 billion of commercial real estate transactions, joined JLL in February 2021 with more than three years of industry experience, according to the firm. He is a former analyst at Leviathan Capital, where he focused on debt and equity placements nationwide and was responsible for underwriting, valuation and due diligence of transactions across all product types.
Jason Lundy, meantime, came to JLL in May 2021 with four years of experience in commercial real estate. Previously, as a transaction analyst with Cushman & Wakefield’s global occupier services platform, his primary focus was to provide strategic and tactical support for leasing transactions, with analysis that touched on strategic alternatives, projecting impacts of terminations, downsizes, expansions, relocations and providing content for capital funding.
Both Stein and Lundy were previously associates with JLL, specializing in investment advisory in the New York metro area.
“We are excited to see our highly valued analysts grow into producers,” said Jose Cruz, a senior managing director with JLL and head of the firm’s investment sales team in New Jersey. “Josh Stein and Jason Lundy have a very bright future in this industry.”
