Sterling Properties Group has planted a flag in Connecticut, where it’s marking the debut of a 117-unit luxury apartment property near one of the state’s largest cities.
The developer, which is based in Livingston, welcomed local businesses and dignitaries recently for a ribbon cutting at 36 Stony Hill Road in Bethel. That served to introduce the project known as Kinsley, which has a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes in a location that’s just a 10-minute drive from Danbury, Connecticut’s seventh-largest city, as well as downtown Bethel.
Sterling said it used the event to highlight the area merchants as well as Bethel’s “community-first culture,” allowing them to connect with residents of the upscale property. It also provided a chance to highlight amenities such as a community clubhouse with a fitness center, a package room, a gathering area and coworking space, as well as a heated outdoor pool and a grilling area.
“As a New Jersey-based business, the decision to branch out into Connecticut was a leap that brought excitement and a change of pace for our team,” a company representative wrote in an email. “We’re able to channel that energy now into some incredible upcoming projects right here in New Jersey.”
