Stone Creek Construction Group is marking the completion of three projects in central New Jersey, including a design-build renovation of a 38,000-square-foot industrial building in Middlesex County.
The work at the site, which Bridge Logistics Properties acquired early last year, included an update of fire sprinkler systems, an electrical service upgrade and new lighting and mechanical equipment. Stone Creek also oversaw a repaving of the property, hardscape upgrades and six new dock doors, along with a renovation of the office space.
Stone Creek President Michael Bruno detailed other recent projects in Central Jersey such as the renovation and fit-out of a Class A speculative suite in Red Bank. The work entailed a custom-built oak accent fin wall, which he described a key aesthetic in the space that also provides a privacy feature for the entryway.
In Monmouth County, the Matawan-based firm served as the general contractor on the recent renovation and fit-out of a modern medical office focused on therapy and recovery, according to a news release. The 4,000-square-foot facility is a new location for the medical group, featuring a prominent new entrance, plus evaluation and treatment rooms in a first-floor space.
