T-Mobile has leased more than 6,600 square feet across four new locations in northern New Jersey, under a series of newly completed deals by The Goldstein Group.
In Newark, the wireless carrier is taking space at 787 Broad St. as part of a transaction with 787 Broad LLC, or Janel Management. The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President CJ Huter represented the tenant in each of the transactions, while Marta Villa of JLL represented ownership at the Broad Street location.
T-Mobile’s newest stores will also include 1 Route 20 in Paterson, The Goldstein Group said. Finkelstein and Huter also represented the landlord, 1 Route 20 LLC.
In Secaucus, the company is leasing space at 85 Plaza Center, which is owned by Oster Plaza Properties LLC. The Goldstein Group also represented ownership.
The fourth location is at 548 Central Ave. in East Orange. Finkelstein and Huter also represented the landlord, M&J Associates.
