Prologis has purchased a Mount Laurel office building that it now plans to redevelop as nearly 185,000 square feet of modern industrial space, in a newly announced deal by CBRE.
The southern New Jersey office market saw modest gains to start the year, recording nearly 375,000 square feet of leasing volume in the region’s three most active counties.
