A private investor has acquired 14 apartments and five retail units in Woodcliff Lake as part of a nearly $8.8 million deal announced Wednesday by The Kislak Co. Inc.
Affiliates of The Kamson Corp. have sold a combined 190 apartments in Gloucester and Bergen counties for $31 million, in an off-market deal arranged by The Kislak Co. Inc.
