An industrial user has leased more than 45,000 square feet in Hackettstown, in the largest of four new deals along Interstate 80 by Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey.
The Hampshire Cos. has sold a nearly 200,000-square-foot flex and industrial park in Hackettstown, along with roughly eight acres of developable land nearby.
