Sitex Group is marking its largest quarterly leasing total in its 23-year history, touting a stretch in which it secured tenants for nearly 350,000 square feet of industrial space.
Sitex Group has added to its New Jersey industrial portfolio in 2023, completing more than $250 million in new transactions in some of the state’s most in-demand submarkets.
