Heritage Capital Group LLC has sold a nearly 507,000-square-foot industrial park near Interstate 80 in Totowa, brokers with Cushman & Wakefield announced Thursday.
Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has sold a 13-building flex and industrial park in Totowa, in a $65.5 million deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
