ABS Management has secured a new tenant at a refreshed office building in Parsippany, inking a lease for more than 18,000 square feet with a publicly traded staffing company.
The owner of an Edison office building has closed 73,000 square feet in new leases, following upgrades at the 250,000-square-foot property.
