A joint venture has unveiled plans for nearly 576,000 square feet of new industrial space in Warren County as part of a two-building project near Interstate 78.
Woodmont Industrial Partners and Brookfield Properties have broken ground on a new 450,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Warren County, the firms announced Tuesday.
Nearly 88,000 square feet of new industrial space is coming to the western edge of Warren County in a facility that’s now under construction by J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc.
