A debt fund has sold three retail properties and an undeveloped land parcel in Voorhees for a combined $13 million, in a newly announced deal by CBRE.
Two net leased retail sites in Monmouth and Camden counties have been sold for a total of more than $25 million, in separate deals arranged by brokers with CBRE.
