An investment firm has acquired a large Morris County shopping center for nearly $50 million, in a newly announced transaction by R.J. Brunelli & Co.
Levin Management Corp. has added to its portfolio in recent months with six new shopping center assignments in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the firm announced.
