Matrix Development Group has announced a flurry of new leasing activity at the office tower known as the Newark Legal Center, where it’s also welcoming a new café operator.
Gilbane Building Co. is moving its New Jersey office to downtown Newark, in a nod to the construction firm’s growing ties to the city as well as its recent expansion in the state.
