A joint venture has snagged an $80 million construction loan for a project that will bring 226 luxury apartments and townhomes to Asbury Park’s waterfront redevelopment zone.
Inspired by Somerset Development has closed on its purchase of a parcel in Asbury Park where it plans to build 155 high-end condominiums and retail space, brokers with JLL announced.
