An investor is launching a multimillion-dollar renovation of a Bergen County office building, following its recent purchase of the property from Mack-Cali Realty Corp.
Onyx Equities LLC is taking over as asset and property manager for Gramercy Property Trust’s three-building, nearly 600,000-square-foot office portfolio in New Jersey, the firms announced.
With a continued focus on right-sizing its office holdings, Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is looking to sell a sprawling nine-building, 2.2 million-square-foot portfolio in Bergen County.
