Team Resources Inc. has announced the sale of a 51,000-square-foot, multitenant industrial building in Moonachie to a Ridgewood-based real estate investor.
Lissa Roy, senior vice president with Team Resources, represented Imperial Hardware in its sale of 111 Moonachie Ave., she said. Brian Scheuer of Chaus Realty LLC represented the buyer, The Stro Cos.
Terms were not disclosed.
The property has six tenants and sits directly across the street from the Teterboro Airport.
