A floral design company is expanding with a recent 10,000-square-foot industrial lease in South Hackensack, according to brokers with Team Resources Inc.
The firm announced that it represented both parties in Atlas Floral Decorators’ commitment at 89 Leuning St. Eric Lewin, a senior executive vice president with Team Resources, completed the transaction and noted that Atlas is well-established in the floral design industry with locations in Manhattan, Queens and New Jersey.
“Atlas required additional storage and design space in a central Bergen County location to more efficiently service their New York and New Jersey customers,” Lewin said.
Team Resources also detailed a recent lease at 375 North St. in Teterboro, where Last Mile Logistics is taking 10,000 square feet. Jeff Volpi and David Knapel represented the tenant, a local logistics company specializing in the delivery of high-end furniture.
“This location appealed to Last Mile because it allowed them easy access to several major highways to facilitate deliveries more efficiently,” Knapel said.
