A technology services firm has a new home after leasing nearly 3,000 square feet at an Edison office building, in one of several recent deals in the township by NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
The business, IPower USA Inc., will use the space at 515 Plainfield Ave. to serve its regional client base, according to a news release. NAIDB’s Robert Dinner represented the landlord, Edison Office Plaza LLC, in the 2,900-square-foot transaction.
He also secured a 1,400-square-foot lease extension at the 31,319-square-foot building with Neotech Solutions Inc., the firm announced in a recent roundup of deal activity.
“New Jersey’s office sector is showing real resilience,” said Dinner, an executive vice president with NAIDB, adding that, “in centralized markets like Edison, the advantages of a superior location are more apparent than ever.”
“The successful placement of IPower USA, Inc. underscores that companies are actively committing to offices that will help attract and retain talent. Our strategy focuses on positioning these properties as essential business hubs in the current environment.”
At Metroplex Corporate Center, also in Edison, Dinner represented ownership in two renewals at the three-building, 265,000-square-foot campus. They include a 12,300-square-feet deal at 200 Metroplex Drive with Iris Software Inc., as well as a 3,500-square-foot transaction at 100 Metroplex Drive with TriGyn Technologies.
Owned by Metroplex Associates, the complex is minutes from Interstate 287, Route 27, Route 1, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, the news release said. On-site amenities include newly renovated common areas and grab-and-go convenience shops, while restaurants, a convention center and hotels are nearby.
