SJP Properties has inked a new 115,000-square-foot lease with iconectiv, a data infrastructure and messaging solutions firm, at the developer’s Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater.
In a news release, SJP said the firm will relocate to the Class A office park from a building in Piscataway. JLL Senior Vice President Craig Eisenhardt, Managing Director Scott Lesh and Associate Dan Spero represented iconectiv in the transaction, while the property owner was represented in-house by Senior Vice President Peter Bronsnick.

“Companies across the technology and life sciences sectors increasingly appreciate the benefits of being situated in a high-performance building in order to attract and retain top talent,” Steven J. Pozycki, founder and CEO of SJP Properties, said in a prepared statement. “This trend has resulted in sustained momentum for us at Somerset Corporate Center, which provides the unique infrastructure necessary to meet the needs of a technology firm such as iconectiv.”
Iconectiv, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ericsson, will join the likes of Linde Americas, Qualcomm, Mazda and other tenants at the 1.5 million-square-foot office complex in Somerset County. The property is located at the nexus of routes 202/206 and 22 and close to interstates 287 and 78, while sitting directly across from the Bridgewater Commons mall.
As a new amenity, SJP said it is planning a freestanding, full-service fitness facility and a 130-room full-service hotel and restaurant within the center.
Iconectiv’s current address is listed at 444 Hoes Lane in Piscataway.
