Seven tenants have combined to lease more than 28,000 square feet at a renovated office building in Bernardsville, according to brokers with Zimmel Associates.
The commercial brokerage represented ownership in the transactions at 150 Morristown Road, a two-story, 55,520-square-foot building near Interstate 287. With upgrades at the property now complete, the leasing and management team has secured both new commitments and extensions with tenants including:
- Gelman Gelman Wiskow & McCarthy LLC
- C. Burdette Company Inc.
- Portrait Health Centers
- PPT Management
- Ten Communications
- CC Ford Group
- The Murray Firm LLC
Jordan and David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates completed the transactions. Improvements include a renovated lobby and renovated corridors with modern furniture, lighting and flooring, with indoor landscaping and a newly added outdoor rear patio café and seating.
Ownership has also added a media wall and vending machines with healthy selections.
In a news release, Zimmel said the property offers quick access to both the Bernardsville and Basking Ridge train stations, while citing its proximity to routes 24, 202, 206 and Interstate 78.
