Developers have tapped The Marketing Directors to lead leasing campaigns for six new luxury rental developments in Jersey City and Hoboken.
The firm announced last week that it will serve as the marketing and leasing agent for several repeat clients, including Bijou Properties, Kushner Real Estate Group and BNE Real Estate Group, all of which are set to deliver properties in the months ahead. The buildings include:
- Bijou Properties’ Edge Adams, a sustainably built, 30-home apartment community at 1405 Adams St. in Hoboken, which opens this month as the second phase of the Edge Lofts development
- 700 Jackson Street, a 382-unit project in Hoboken by Bijou that will launch this summer
- The Enclave, a 260-unit luxury rental project at 675 Monmouth St. in Jersey City that will open for leasing in June and July, developed by BNE as part of the Soho West neighborhood
- 235 Grand St. in Jersey City, the third joint venture by Ironstate Development Co. and KRE Group, which will launch this summer with 546 apartments
- 88 Regent, a building with more than 350 units that will serve as part of Peter Mocco’s Liberty Harbor development in Jersey City
- 400 Claremont, a development by Waterfront Management that will bring more than 600 rentals to Jersey City
“Jersey City and Hoboken continue to be attractive neighborhoods to residents that are looking for a taste of city living in new residential buildings which offer high-quality finishes and a variety of amenities for a fraction of the price of similar buildings in Manhattan,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors. “We’re still seeing development highly concentrated in the neighborhoods that are closest to the waterfront, which offer vibrant restaurants and cultural attractions as well as easy access to the PATH and ferry service.”
