A mental health therapist has purchased a 2,400-square-foot property in Matawan for $360,000, according to a brokerage team with Sheldon Gross Realty.
In a news release, the firm said the structure at 114 Route 34 sits on one-fifth of an acre that also includes a 10-space parking lot. The team added that the property, which at one time was owned by a chiropractor, is off Route 34 and provides quick access to Route 9 and the Garden State Parkway.
Sheldon Gross Realty Assistant Vice President Matt Leonelli and Vice President Jonathan Glick brokered the transaction.
“Location is always an essential consideration for a health care provider, and this site along Route 34 is in an ideal spot,” Leonelli said. “There’s a steady flow of traffic in both directions, various other businesses are nearby, and there are residential neighborhoods throughout the area.”
