A California-based firm has leased 1,600 square feet of office space in northwest Middlesex County, in a newly announced deal by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
The tenant, Magic Money, specializes in preloading credit cards with money to be used in place of tickets for rides and other events where paper tickets are usually purchased, according to a news release. It’s now taking space at 398 Lincoln Blvd. in Middlesex Borough, placing it minutes from Interstate 287 and other thoroughfares.
In another Boniakowski deal in the borough, Sprinter Van Lines exercised an option to extend its office lease on Lincoln Boulevard. The Green Brook-based brokerage firm noted that “the location of the office near their warehouse and storage area makes this a convenient and economically feasible area to maintain their office.”
Todd Gannet, a senior vice president with Boniakowski, represented the tenant and landlord in both transactions.
