Consulting and professional services firm T&M Associates has tapped Mark Vizzini as its regional practice leader for site development in the Northeast.
In his new role with the Middletown-based firm, Vizzini will be responsible for providing team vision and leadership, developing a growth strategy, championing technical expertise and standards, client engagement and pursuing new regional opportunities, according to a news release. He joins the practice from Dresdner Robin, bringing more than 27 years of experience in design, project management and client relations throughout the Northeast.
“Mark is an industry leader and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to T&M,” said Keith Lieberman, the firm’s senior vice president and national practice leader for site development. “His passion for land development and relationships within the real estate industry will take us to the next level. We’re very excited to have Mark leading our team and driving our practice growth throughout the Northeast.”
T&M, a consulting, engineering, environmental and technical services firm, noted that Vizzini has directed projects across diverse asset classes in both the private and public sectors, including mixed-use, multifamily residential, industrial and warehousing, urban redevelopment, rooftop amenity spaces and parks and open space. His expertise covers a range of services such as project programming and community engagement, site analysis, site design and master planning, permitting and construction administration.
Vizzini previously was Dresdner Robin’s associate director of land development, managing the growth and development of the site-civil engineering and landscape architecture practices, participating in quality assurance and control and providing expert witness testimony to support projects or public presentations, the news release said. In addition, he led the firm’s business development initiatives.
The Vernon resident, husband and father of three holds a bachelor’s in landscape architecture from West Virginia University.
