The owner of a Burlington County industrial building has secured a commitment for more than 120,000 square feet, inking a lease with a specialty transportation and logistics firm.
The Flynn Co., a Philadelphia-based brokerage firm, announced this week that it represented ownership in the long-term lease at 1200 Highland Drive in Westampton. McCollister Transportation Group will occupy 120,113 square feet at the complex, which is owned by Bailard and is part of a master-planned development.
David M. Ricci and Tony Rod completed the assignment for Flynn, while Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz represented the tenant. In a news release, Flynn touted the building’s location directly off Interstate 295 and five miles from Exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
