Tulfra Real Estate has announced the promotion of two longtime employees.
In a news release, the Rochelle Park-based firm said Lucas Grunberger has risen to the role of senior development manager. The lifelong New Jersey resident, who has been with Tulfra since 2017, will work closely with the principals on acquisitions, development, financing and insurance.
Grunberger began his real estate career at a family office real estate private equity firm focusing on industrial real estate across the U.S., having earned a degree in entrepreneurship and marketing from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, the news release said. He is an avid soccer fan and follower of Newcastle United.
Meantime, Tulfra has promoted Marcus Lee to asset manager. Serving as an associate with the firm since 2015, he will now have primary responsibilities including dispositions, leasing and marketing and asset management.
Lee holds a joint degree in business and American studies from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. While at the school, he was a member of the men’s swim team.
Lee has also earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation through the CCIM Institute. In addition, he is an active member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Program and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
