The Urban Land Institute Northern New Jersey is accepting nominations for its 2026 Excellence Awards, an event that will honor and bring together some of the region’s top developers, owners, designers, public-sector leaders and professional services firms.
Slated for April 25 at Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, the program will highlight the market’s most impactful real estate projects and players with a focus on innovation, leadership and lasting community impact, according to ULI NNJ. The chapter is accepting nominations through Jan. 15 for categories tied to a wide range of asset classes and disciplines — including mixed-use, industrial, residential, capital markets, public-private partnerships, inclusive excellence and individual leadership honors — along with a new award recognizing the most creative multifamily amenity spaces.
Eligible projects must be in northern New Jersey, completed at least through phase one and demonstrate a high standard of design, innovation and community benefit, according to ULI. Individual nominees must show sustained leadership and a meaningful professional impact in New Jersey.
There is no cost to submit a nomination, the chapter said. Industry professionals are encouraged to submit standout projects and leaders that are shaping the future of real estate across the region.
