Five new tenants are coming to Bergen Town Center in Paramus and Maywood, under a series of leases announced Monday by Urban Edge Properties.
In the largest among them, full-service veterinary clinic Bond Vet is taking 3,207 square feet at the 1 million-square-foot property off Route 4. The new transactions also include:
- 1,978 square feet by Journeys
- 1,277 square feet by Perfumania
- 2,138 square feet by Crumbl Cookies
- 953 square feet by Haagen Daz
Additionally, Urban Edge announced Monday that J.Crew’s two concepts, J.Crew and J.Crew Men’s, will be moving within the center to a combined 6,247-square-foot flagship space, across from the Nike Factory Store. The retailer currently occupies two separate units.
“These new additions validate our belief that BTC is the best-in-class retail destination in northern New Jersey,” said Jeff Mooallem, executive vice president and chief operating officer for Urban Edge. “Positioned in between two of the busiest Whole Foods and Target stores in the state, our new retailers will provide fresh concepts and in-demand products for our loyal customers and for new visitors.”
Bergen Town Center generates more than 11 million visits annually, with additional tenants including Whole Foods, Target and CVS alongside the likes of Nordstrom Rack, Kohl’s, Marshall’s, Nike and Adidas.
