Donnelly Construction is nearing completion of a new 60-unit luxury apartment building in Denville, where it has tapped Value Cos. Inc. to spearhead leasing and management.
According to Value Asset Management, an affiliate of the Clifton-based firm, Station Village at Denville is slated to welcome its first residents this winter. Leasing is now underway at 495 East Main St. with Cheryl Byrne, leasing and marketing manager at Value Cos., leading efforts to draw renters to the collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom units directly east of NJ Transit’s Mount Tabor station.

As Donnelly Construction’s exclusive property management firm, VAM will handle both the day-to-day operations and long-term planning for the pet-friendly community, providing services such as marketing, leasing, financial management, resident relations, maintenance operations, community building and value creation.
