New upgrades are coming to a 6,000-square-foot commercial building in Swedesboro after the recent sale of the property, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced Thursday.
In a news release, the firm said the undisclosed buyer plans to repurpose the space at 538 Beckett Road, adding new value to the community. Vantage Commercial Managing Director Emily Stein and Adviser Raki Desai represented the seller.
Additional details about the freestanding building were not immediately available.
“We are delighted to have facilitated the sale of this prime property,” Stein said. “The building’s location and adaptability made it a sought-after asset, and we are eager to see how the buyer will repurpose the space to benefit the local area.”
