A commercial condominium in Moorestown has changed hands for an undisclosed price, in a newly announced transaction by Vantage Commercial.
Located at 1503 Glen Ave., the space comprises 8,455 square feet of flex office space, the brokerage firm said. It is currently home to TAO Architecture + Design, which will continue to occupy the location after the sale involving two unidentified parties.
Corinne Giletto, senior adviser, and Aran Ploshansky, director of operations at Vantage Commercial, worked with Keith McClure of Newmark as the buyer’s representative to broker the transaction. In a news release, Vantage Commercial noted that the condo includes private offices, large collaborative office spaces and high ceilings, while providing easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Atlantic City Expressway and routes 73 and 130.
