A land assemblage just two blocks from the Atlantic City Boardwalk is on the market for sale, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced Thursday.
In a news release, the listing team said the property at 2318 Atlantic Ave. consists of nine contiguous lots totaling just over an acre. A single owner controls the full assemblage, which has a listing price of $1.495 million and sits on one of the city’s busiest thoroughfares.
The property is also minutes from the Atlantic City Expressway and is within walking distance of both the train station and bus terminals. The brokers, meantime, said its dual zoning supports a wide range of uses and development possibilities in a location that is close to multiple casinos, Tanger Outlets and other destinations.
Vantage Commercial Vice President and Partner Ken Richardson and Senior Advisor John Doss lead the listing team. They’re likely to source opportunities through TCN Worldwide, an international alliance of independent commercial real estate firms, of which Vantage is a member.
