Velocity Venture Partners has filled 110,000 square feet in Lawrence Township after securing three new leases at a renovated industrial building.
The deals at the property, 2572 Brunswick Pike, include a 25,000-square-foot commitment by WORLDPAC LLC. The company will use the space in the township’s Lawrenceville section
as a showroom and warehouse space for auto parts.
Meantime, Express Logistics leased 30,000 square feet at the property for third-party logistics operations, Velocity said. In the third deal, iApparel Brands LLC took 55,000 square feet on a short-term basis that it will use as warehouse space for apparel.
The landlord, a real estate investment firm based in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, said 2572 Brunswick Pike is a former pharmaceutical manufacturing and warehousing site that it redeveloped to cater to industrial users in the 25,000- to 150,000-square-foot range. Features include significant power, multiple dock courts, paved areas for industrial outdoor storage and strong visibility along Route 1.
Velocity is still marketing available spaces ranging from 25,000 to 100,000 square feet, working alongside Newmark’s Rob Loderstedt and Kyle Eaton.
