Velocity Venture Partners has leased up a 160,000-square-foot industrial park in Burlington County in tandem with an NAI Mertz brokerage team, the firms announced last week.
Located in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, the complex at 8-14 Stow Road includes five buildings and is minutes from Exit 4 of the New Jersey Turnpike. That has helped drive activity at the portfolio — which also has efficient layouts, direct access entrances, loading and tenant control of utilities — drawing users including publicly traded companies and regional and local businesses.
NAI Mertz Senior Vice President Jonathan Klear and Associate Ryan Brennan lead the leasing team at what’s known as Velocity Business Park.
“It’s always rewarding to see a project like Velocity Business Park come full circle,” Brennan said. “Jonathan and I worked closely with Velocity to bring the park to 100 percent occupancy, and the result really highlights the strength of tenant demand in South Jersey’s small-bay industrial market. The park’s prime location minutes from major highways made it a magnet for businesses looking for accessible and well-managed space.”
Units in the buildings range from 3,000 to 20,000 square feet and feature a mix of loading dock and drive-in configurations, the firms added.
