WCRE Property Management is bringing its services to a new Department of Veterans Affairs health care clinic in Toms River that’s slated to open next month.
The firm, an affiliate of Wolf Commercial Real Estate, said the modern 68,000-square-foot facility on Hooper Avenue will provide primary care, mental health services and various specialty services to greatly enhance the support available to veterans in Ocean County and the surrounding areas. With the new assignment, WCRE Property Management said it will ensure that it operates smoothly and efficiently for the benefit of both the veterans and the health care professionals who serve them.
“We are thrilled to be a part of the team managing this new VA health care clinic,” said Grace Vera, WCRE’s director of property management. “Our team has been involved in this project since late 2023, collaborating with the developers, owners and the VA to ensure this is a smooth transition and seamless opening. We’re excited for its opening and proud to be of service for this facility.”
In announcing the assignment, WCRE Property Management said it has been experiencing rapid growth in the South Jersey and Pennsylvania region. Its portfolio now includes properties ranging from health care and office facilities to retail centers and land investments.
