The owner of an 11,000-square-foot shopping center in Camden County has inked a lease with a Vietnamese restaurant, bringing the property to full occupancy.
Brokers with Vantage Real Estate Services, which represented the landlord, announced Friday that Pho Ha Bac was joining the tenant roster at 507 Black Horse Pike in Haddon Heights. The operator is the fourth restaurant at what’s known as Plaza 500, which is just north of Interstate 295 and minutes from other area highways.
Monica Walsh, director of client services with Vantage RES, and Mike Gries, a sales associate with the Cherry Hill-based firm, brokered the transaction. The firm did not disclose the size of the lease.
“I can’t wait for the opening,” Gries said. “I have lived in Haddon Heights for years and have been craving more international options. This is a fantastic spot to have less than a mile from home.”
Other tenants at Plaza 500 include Klassy Nails, Always Available Locksmith and Cutting Room Hair Care.
