The owner of a highly prominent, 485,000-square-foot office tower along Route 3 in East Rutherford has named Cushman & Wakefield as its leasing team for the property.
According to a news release, Cushman’s Edward Duenas, David DeMatteis, Mark Zaziski, Dan DeSanctis and Patrick Decker will spearhead efforts to draw new tenants to 1 Meadowlands Plaza. They’re now marketing everything from move-in-ready suites to multiple full-floor opportunities, the brokers said, working on behalf of Vision Properties and Arena Capital Group.
“1 Meadowlands Plaza is a trophy asset that stands out as a premier destination for companies seeking exceptional space, outstanding amenities and unrivaled connectivity in northern New Jersey,” Duenas said. “We are excited to partner with Vision Properties / Arena Capital Group, and bring forward-thinking tenants to this vibrant, best-in-class office environment.”
C&W announced the assignment while noting that the tower has amenities such as on-site food service, a modern conference center, a fitness center and covered parking. Additional features include car wash service, an on-site chiropractor and a new coffee bar for tenants.
Businesses at the property have direct access to the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 3, while they’re 14 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport and eight miles from New York City, the leasing team said. The building also has dedicated shuttle service to the Secaucus Junction train station, while it’s directly across from the American Dream and MetLife Stadium and provides New York City skyline views.
