Walters, the Barnegat-based developer, has opened a new 5,000-square-foot office building on Long Beach Island that houses two of its key divisions.
The firm last week said it has taken occupancy at 701 Central Ave. in Ship Bottom, which features a sales and design center for its Walters Homes team and a space for Walters Architecture. The company occupies the building’s second floor, while the first floor will house a real estate company and a restaurant user that will both be announced in the coming months.
Walters noted that it recently opened another sales office in nearby Ortley Beach, on the corner of Route 35 and 3rd Avenue, which serves as the central hub for the Osborn Dunes at South Mantoloking development in Brick.
“We’ve designed our new custom homes headquarters to better serve Long Beach Island by offering services that bridge the gap in custom homebuilding and design,” said Ed Walters Jr., the firm’s founder and president. “At this new location, clients will work with our experienced team of architects, designers and sales professionals to put together a customized game plan for their new home.”
