A dental practice has leased 4,500 square feet at a Cherry Hill office building, brokerage firm Wolf Commercial Real Estate said.
In a news release, the firm said it represented 950 NKH LLC in the transaction at 950 North Kings Highway in Cherry Hill. The tenant, Restorative Dental Arts, is the latest tenant at the 30,000-square-foot office building.
Leor Hemo, executive vice president and Jason Wolf, managing principal of WCRE exclusively represented the landlord. The Marlton-based brokerage firm said it is also marketing the building for sale.
The property is located in the Cherry Hill Office Center, sitting directly off Route 70 and providing access to Route 38, Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 73, the news release said. The building is also surrounded by retail centers, including the Ellisburg Shopping Center and the Cherry Hill Mall.
