Wolf Commercial Real Estate has completed a roughly 4,000-square-foot lease at a Camden County office building, the real estate services firm said Friday.
The brokerage, which is based in Marlton, represented landlord FMP Properties in the lease at 22 Haddon Ave. in the Westmont section of Haddon Township. Wolf identified the tenant as Forensic Solutions LLC.
Chris Henderson, vice president of WCRE, exclusively represented the landlord in the deal.
The 28,000-square-foot, three-story office building sits within the quickly growing Haddon Township business corridor, WCRE said in a news release. It shares a parking lot with the Westmont station on the PATCO Speedline, offering a quick ride to Philadelphia.
FMP Properties purchased and renovated the building last year and maintains its headquarters there, the news release said. The multitenant office building has 5,300 square feet remaining for lease.
