The owner of a medical office building in Burlington County has named its first-ever leasing agent for the property, tapping Wolf Commercial Real Estate for the assignment.
Brokers with the firm will represent the landlord, Landmark Healthcare Facilities, in marketing the Deborah Heart and Lung Medical Office Building. The property, which spans 57,962 square feet, is located at 6 Earlin Ave. in the Browns Mills section of Pemberton.
“This is the first time that Landmark has engaged a commercial real estate firm to lease space in a Landmark asset,” said Michael Cleary, executive vice president at Landmark Healthcare Facilities LLC. “Leasing outpatient buildings is a core competency of Landmark so we wanted to be 100 percent certain that the firm we selected to partner with was a firm that was aligned with Landmark’s values and a firm that had a deep understanding of the physician and health system relationship.
“After speaking with several commercial real estate firms Landmark recognized that WCRE has an outstanding track record of leasing success. Landmark believes that partnering with the WCRE team will enable this asset to exceed all expectations.”
WCRE leasing specialists Ryan Barikian and Bethany Brown will lead the assignment, touting the building’s 20,000-square-foot floorplates. The three-story property offers built-to-suit suites that can accommodate users of 1,000 to 20,000 square feet, they said.
“Landmark Healthcare Facilities is known for developing modern, technologically advanced assets and Deborah Heart & Lung Center is no exception,” Barikian and Brown said in a joint statement. “We are proud to be representing Landmark for this best-in-class medical building — an asset to the southern New Jersey medical community.”
