A so-called rage room is coming to Camden County after taking 3,200 square feet of retail space on a major thoroughfare, according to a broker with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The tenant, Mad Glass, will open at 222 South White Horse Pike in Stratford with a concept that allows patrons to relieve stress by breaking glass and other objects. WCRE Executive Vice President Eric Flocco represented New Ways Holdings III, the landlord at what’s known as Stratford Square, noting that the location sees daily traffic of 31,000 vehicles per day and offers storefront signage for enhanced visibility and ample parking for consumers.
An Instagram page for Mad Glass shows images of glassware, a computer printer and other items while promoting the business as place where customers “can let go of stress (and) … have a safe outlet to release frustration and have fun while doing so.”
