The tenant of an 18,000-square-foot industrial building in Moorestown has purchased the newly constructed property, in a deal arranged by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
According to the brokerage team, the facility at 1249 Glen Ave. provides easy access to major South Jersey transportation corridors such as routes 73 and 38, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. That made it an ideal long-term investment for the new owner-occupier, 1249 Glen Ave Unit B LLC, which had the right to purchase the building from CAJ Capital Investors LLC.
WCRE Executive Vice President Erin Warwick, who originally placed the tenant in the building, also brokered the sale.
