Weichert Commercial Brokerage Inc. has bolstered its team with the addition of a veteran broker, one who specializes in gas stations and convenience store properties.
The firm, which is based in Morris Plains, announced that Paaras Vijan has joined its ranks as a senior vice president. He specializes in exclusively representing both buyers and sellers of shopping centers and other types of net-leased properties throughout the country.
Weichert added that, while Vijan works across multiple asset types, he is known for being a niche specialist in the acquisition and disposition of gas station and convenience store properties. He also has extensive experience working with national, regional and local retail businesses.
