A private investor has sold a 14-unit apartment portfolio in Hudson County for more than $2 million, according to brokers with Marcus & Millichap.
Jonathan Zamora, an investment specialist with the firm, represented the seller in the transaction at 6115 Madison St. in West New York. He also procured the buyer, which paid $2.075 million for the properties.
“Getting this deal across the finish line was a challenge in the middle of this pandemic market but we were able to get the job done with well-executed negotiation terms,” Zamora said. “The buyer was comfortable closing on the deal because of the stability of these dense markets and strong collections during COVID-19.”
