Westminster Management has earned a place in the top 25 in an annual ranking published by an influential industry group.
The New York-based firm, which has a large footprint in New Jersey, said the ORA Power Rankings measure the online reputation of multifamily managers, aggregating ratings and reviews from multiple platforms into a single, comprehensive score. The survey comprises more than 150,000 properties nationwide, assessing factors that directly impact residents’ experiences.
Westminster Management secured a top 25 ranking in the Division II category, according to a news release. The firm, which oversees daily operations across a portfolio of more than 27,000 apartments under ownership and nearly 10,000 units under development in 14 states, also placed in the Best of Awards category for security.
